Who we are

Caseus Diem is latin for "Cheese the Day." A welcoming, cheesy space where everyone can come together. Caseus Diem is here for everybody, those who are seasoned in the world of cheese and those who are just starting their cheesy journey. The moment you step foot in the shop you will be given a sample of something delicious and you are off on a trip around the world without the need of a plane ticket. Your cheesy travel guides and the one who keeps things going behind the scenes!

  • They/Them

    Han has nearly 10 years of experience is the cheese industry. They have a passion for food and yearning to share that with their community. A couple of their favorite shows are Crime Scene Kitchen, RuPaul’s Drag Race, and Game Changer (if you have not watched anything on Dropout you need to just ask me about it when you’re in the shop!)


  • She/Her

    While Orion has only been in the cheese business a short while, her knowledge has grown quickly and she can sling cheese with the best of them. She is passionate about art and tv shows. Come check out some of her art that is available to purchase in the shop! Also ask her about a pairing to go with your favorite TV show and she’ll be able to find the perfect one for you!

  • He/Him

    Steven has a passion for food and mind for numbers. His plethora of knowledge has helped Caseus Diem’s finances run so smoothly so the cheese experts can do what they do best. (Owner’s note: Honestly he’s the best accountant and person anybody could know. I’m not just saying that because he’s my fiancé either <3) Also if you see him in the shop ask him about what you think is an obscure video game there’s a 99% chance he’ll know it.
